Tsomokos celebrated 25 years of Prodexpo success and trusted incentive with designing and producing the immensely impactful event.
Along with the Tsomokos team, incentive provided an innovative event landscape aligning with the business ethos of prodexpo attendees and embracing interaction, with break out areas, an acoustic booth for unobtrusive business operations (even in an event space) and cozy furnishings.
The main space boasted a 4.5m high LED Wall, operated through a Barco E3 router, a green wall with prodexpo branding, dmx controlled table lighting with animated effects and a custom designed lectern for fireside chats.
The secondary room, hosting discussions focusing on residential issues, featured a centrally positioned stage with audience surrounding speakers. Lighting presented major challenges in this room, thus we raised a ground support indoors to provide key, fill and back light positions, using soft light from Arri skypanels to avoid glare and provide a TV set feel.
